At Japan International CIESF Leaders Academy, we value opportunities for learning from diverse encounters. This is fostered through interactions between students of different grade levels and cultural connections with Japan. By engaging with others across differences in age, position, and culture, students develop compassion, conversational skills, and an appreciation for diversity. Experiences with the Japanese language and culture spark new values and an interest in social issues, encouraging students to ask their own questions and take action.
